Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of rohlaxwellness.com and to the assisted stretching services provided by Rohlax Wellness (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using the site or booking a session, you agree to these Terms.
Our services
Rohlax Wellness provides 1:1 assisted stretching sessions intended to support mobility, flexibility, and recovery. Our sessions are wellness services — they are not massage therapy, physical therapy, chiropractic care, or medical treatment, and they are not a substitute for advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed healthcare provider.
Health and safety
Please tell us about any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancy, or physical limitations before your session so we can adjust accordingly. Consult your physician before beginning any new stretching or wellness program if you have a health concern. You participate in sessions voluntarily and assume the ordinary risks associated with physical activity.
Booking, payments, and cancellations
Appointments and payments are scheduled through our booking provider, Vagaro, and are subject to Vagaro’s terms in addition to ours. Please review any cancellation or rescheduling window shown at the time of booking. We ask that you give as much notice as possible if you need to change or cancel an appointment.
Gift cards and purchases
Gift cards and session packages are sold and redeemed through Vagaro and are subject to the terms shown at purchase. Unless required by law, purchases are non-refundable.
Intellectual property
The content on this site — including text, images, branding, and design — belongs to Rohlax Wellness or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rohlax Wellness is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our services. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
