The short list.

These are the people I send my own clients to. Not affiliates — practitioners I'd book myself. After years working one-on-one with clients, I got tired of vague referrals, so I keep this list small on purpose. — Chelsea

Trusted Providers

A vetted bench, not a directory.

For massage, that's usually Trent LMT at Nickel City Wellness. For sport-driven chiropractic, RecoverLab Performance Chiropractic. For ongoing questions that belong with a functional-medicine lens, Dr. Abby Borkowski at Thrive Medical WNY. For breath, mobility, and the practice of slowing down, Vibe Yoga Lab.

My Wellness Network

I partner with and recommend these incredible local practitioners. When you need care beyond stretching, these are the people I trust with my own clients.

Four filters. No exceptions.

Chelsea Rohl, Founder

  1. 01

    High standards first.

Clear explanations. Real anatomy knowledge. They can talk through what they notice without rushing the room. Trent LMT and RecoverLab both clear this bar without trying.

  2. 02

    Zero upsells, zero pressure.

If I send you somewhere and you come back saying they pushed a 12-pack of adjustments before touching you, I drop them. Revival Chiropractic & Wellness and Revamp earned their spots by being the opposite of that.

  3. 03

    They actually listen.

I want my clients walking out feeling heard, not processed. That’s a culture thing — you can feel it in the first ten minutes. Vibe Yoga Lab, ENRGI Fitness Studio, and Soul Healing Center all run that way.

  4. 04

Their work plays well with stretching.

I’m not interested in a referral loop where sessions work against each other. Everyone here pairs cleanly with what we do at Rohlax — the whole plan feels coherent instead of scattered.

One thing to know

I don't take referral fees from anyone on this page.
